At the restaurant of the Farmhouse al Vigneto it will be possible to taste the dishes of the traditional Parma cuisine, hearty dishes, strong of flavours and fragrances offered by the so many typical products which are famous throughout the world: the Parmigiano Reggiano, Parma ham, Feline salami, Zibello’s culatello, Borgotaro mushrooms, black truffle of Fragno, just to name a few. All prepared by our small but valiant ‘cooking brigades”, will be alternated according the criterion of seasonality. The raw materials used will be self-produced or locally purchased at farms and craft businesses of Parma or of the other provinces of the Emilia Romagna, having as objectives quality and genuineness, respect for environment, for animals and men. All “ingredients” that we consider essential to impart flavour to the dishes of “our” traditional cuisine.
They will be paired with the wines of Parma hills, obtained by making wine from the grapes of our vineyards. First of all, Lambrusco, Malvasia, Sauvignon, Barbera and Bonarda: young and fruity aromas, a fair level of sparkling, soft and round flavours, a never excessive alcohol content, make them an ideal complement to traditional dishes as well as particularly suitable for modern consumption.
They often pair well with wines, both still and sparkling wines, obtained recently from a variety of grapes such as grey pinot, black pinot, chardonnay and cabernet franc.
The restaurant room, which can accommodate about 50 people, was made from a portico enclosed by large windows. If needed, it can accommodate up to 120 people by setting up a temporary frame structure in the overlooking square. On beautiful spring and summer days it will be possible to have lunch on the terrace thus enjoying the suggestive view of vineyards, of Parma and of the Po Valley, with the Alps as a backdrop on clearer days.

We organise: business dinners, Holy Communion, confirmation, marriage banquets, and any other anniversary.
Upon request, there’s also the possibility to agree customised menus for children, vegetarians, vegans and persons with coeliac disease.
In a hall obtained in the adjacent farmhouse in stone, we can organise business meetings up to 20 people.
